Large, Beautiful Unit in Black Forest
If you are looking for a large, quiet property a little more secluded with forest views this is the spot. The space is HUGE with plenty of storage, large master bedroom with a king bed, large laundry/utility room, and open and spacious kitchenette/dining/living room. Plus a second bedroom. All of the hardwood floors are brand new and keep the space light and bright. Being a walk-in badement unit also allows plenty of natural light in throughout. Tina and her family are so welcoming and amazing, you couldn't ask for better neighbors (and your only ones). She goes above and beyond to make this space feel like home. The space is clean and plenty of cooking/cleaning/misc. supplies are provided. Some noise transfer between the seperated basement spaces, but never bothersome. I had previously stayed in another unit of Tina's and she is consistent with her leasing processes, communication, and maintenance of the properties. If travel endeavors weren't taking me elsewhere, I wouldn't leave. :)

Great location, great stay.
My pup and I stayed here and the lower level had a wonderful layout. T and her family were wonderful and kind. The seclusion of the location was amazing with the fenced in area and wide open space for a huge yard. Sometimes I am weary about staying in the same location as someone, this was NOT the case. They made my stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this rental and would stay here again. I also stayed in 2 other of Tinas rentals and had great experiences with all. Great communication with me in every situation.

Excellent Beautiful Home in Colorado Springs
This is a BEAUTIFUL home! Only 7 minutes away from Childrens Hospital Colorado. Tina and Rowdy are AMAZING! They have two beautiful children, they are a very loving family and ALWAYS available to help with anything you may need! Highly recommend this home!
