Perfect rental - exactly what we were looking for

Jason is an amazing host! We were in a bind and had to find a rental in a short amount of time. Jason stepped in and took care of everything. His rental was clean, quiet, updated and perfect for what I needed. Jason even went out of his way to buy a folding table, as he knew I'd be working and needed a bigger place to set up my workstation. Jason was always attentive to our needs. He was quick to respond. We would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him!

Overall an okay place to stay. The living room furniture is not very comfortable and could stand to be replaced. Be sure you are a heavy sleeper because the traffic from being on the main drag is pretty loud. The backyard leaves a lot to be desired. It may be fenced in but not sure it could keep a dog from getting out plus there is no grass for a dog to go potty on. Currently the yard is covered in a mesh you would use before putting down rock/gravel and the owner didn't once clean up any leaves or shovel snow during my stay.

Great Host!

Cozy and comfy apartment, good size living room and master bedroom. All amenities available. Host J was great. Anything we needed he was always available and very attentive. I was there for six months and I had zero complaints. I do recommend this spot, especially if you are working for Hershey Penn state, 8 min drive.

Beautiful Home in Hershey

This is a beautiful home with a great location. It is close to grocery stores, shopping and the hospital. J is a great host and very easy to work with. He is responsive and takes care of any issues that come up quickly. The home itself is spacious and comfortable and for being located on a main road relatively quiet other than the occasional emergency vehicle. There is a dedicated parking spot for the unit behind the house. The only downside to this listing is the very bumpy driveway. Would have stayed longer if it were still available.
