Great place

The last 7–8 months have been great. The place was wonderful, and the location was perfect. Charlie was very responsive to any requests or questions I had and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Bend.

Best of Bend

Initially, my wife and I (both traveling physicians) rented from this property from Charlie for less than a year. We loved it so much we renewed for a year. I can't speak highly enough of the owner, Charlie, or the lovely property. The house had everything we could need and is situated in a nice area of town with great access to main streets heading East/West and North/South. Neighbors are great and the area is pretty quiet. Charlie is a fantastic landlord. He was easy to communicate with and very attentive to our needs and anything the house needed. If we didn't have to leave out of state, we'd still want to live here. I'd easily recommend this property and its owner to anyone wanting a safe, comfortable place to live with a lovely owner. 10/10.

Brand new property and great location!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful and comfortable 3 month stay at this brand new property that is centrally located to all the stores you need in Bend. It is tastefully decorated with all the basic essentials you need to feel at home. The complex feels very safe and quiet. The property owner was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend anyone looking for a long stay in Bend!
