UPDATES - 5th tenant here through has asked for an extension through at least Jul 2026. All tenants to date have been very happy, with 3 extending their stay. One sample tenant, first signed through Nov. '23, asked for a 6 month extension to early May 2024. Fifth tenant is here through at least Jul 2026 with a long extension. I prefer longer term tenants and have had both women and men extend their stays. Large unit with a private bedroom that locks, private bathroom and a spare room with large windows that overlooks the pool. Belmont Hills is a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood that is up in the sloping hills of Western Belmont. The townhouse is a bit closer to highway 280 than 101, which makes multiple hospitals only miles away and allows you to avoid the H101 traffic. Ideal Belmont Accommodation with Convenient Parking and Privacy
The amenities provided at this location in the serene and tranquil Belmont neighborhood were exactly what I needed. The host was very respectful of my privacy, which greatly contributed to a comfortable and secure stay. Having access to the host's parking spot in the garage was especially convenient, eliminating the need to search for parking in the congested and hilly area. I wholeheartedly suggest considering this accommodation if you're seeking an affordable and welcoming place to stay in the Bay Area!

Respectful quiet place
As place offers everything I need in a peaceful quiet area in Belmont. He genuinely respects your space and privacy, which made me feel comfortable and safe. He lends you his parking spot in the garage so you do not have to park in the crowded hilly street, which I loved! I have seen multiple deer behind the complex by the pool, and it is truly a beautiful area. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay in the Bay Area, consider his place!
