The perfect place.

After an eight-hour drive, we arrived at a lovely home in a wonderful location. A small glitch with the lock brought us into immediate contact with Liz and John, who were accessible, responsive, and resolved the issue on the spot. The house is clean, exactly as described, and cozy while comfortably spacious. The kitchen and bedrooms are well appointed, and the huge basement, complete with washer and dryer, offers clean, dry storage. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach and just down the street from Ocean Beach Park - an ideal location for walking and cycling. TV, dishwasher, garage, lovely decor, private yard, the ocean. Ahhhhh!! I loved my six months on Neptune Court! After being away from Connecticut for 50 years, this was the perfect reintroduction to the area. I couldn't have made a better choice. Liz and John are kind, responsive, and wonderful hosts, and I'm grateful to have found such a welcoming place to call home for my return to Connecticut. 10/10

Perfect place to spend a winter on the coast!

We loved our time on Neptune Court! We spent the whole winter there as a family of four--our kids were 2.5y and 10ms at the time. The house is very well appointed and functional, we didn't need to supplement any furniture/kitchen items beyond what we needed to babyproof. Liz and John are very reachable and responsible landlords. I once accidentally locked myself and the kids out of the house in early December when it was quite chilly, and Liz and John were able to get in contact with their handyman Jeff who got us back in the house within 20 minutes. The heating in the house worked very well, as did the water heater, so we were cozy all winter. We loved going on beach walks, going to the playground at Ocean Beach, and all the other attractions that are much nicer to visit in the off season, like Mystic Aquarium. The communication, rent payment and security deposit process was very straight forward and fair. 10/10 recommend!
