Modern, clean, convenient

I stayed here for my 24 week long nursing travel contract. The casita is modern and the perfect size for a travelling professional. Easy to maintain while working shiftwork. Located on a quiet street very accessible to the greater Phoenix area. Parking was covered and going in to use kitchen and laundry was not a big deal. Gorgeous kitchen to meal prep. Tyler's dog is so friendly and my cat loved to stare at him when he was playing outside in the back yard. I would stay again if ever in the area

Great location and really nice landlord

I lived here, with my little dog, while I was working at Valleywise and going to school. Super close to downtown and midtown restaurants, but also close to outdoor activities. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe to get around. Amenity-wise, Tyler has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Casita is very spacious with a large closet and good sized bathroom. It's very quiet and private with its own mini-duct A/C unit. Inside the main house are the laundry and kitchen (which you'll probably use way more than him) and a nice living room to hang out in- Plus the goodest of boys, Horus. If I ever come back to Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to move back into Tyler's casita.
