Great stay

I had a great stay in this property, while in Albuquerque. Unit was as advertised and was stocked with all essentials to start my stay. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and ran into no issues with parking directly in front of the unit. It is not only very close to all hospitals but also close to many restaurants and short drive to the interstate if you plan on seeing the sights. C was great to work with and always available if questions should arise. Would definitely recommend!!

Very Responsive

I had a few minor hiccups during my stay, but C was very responsive and personable. I would definitely rent here again and recommend it to others.

A Great Space in a Quiet but Convenient Neighborhood

The property was exactly what I needed and very well attended to. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, appreciated the attention to detail in making sure the unit was well stocked. The restaurants nearby are all excellent and made for nice walks when I needed to get around. Walking distance or a fast taxi to downtown was also nice for fun events and excursions.

Great tine place in a historically rich neighborhood

very cute place with all your basic travel amenities. C was extremely helpful in all matters and very quick to return a request.

Casa Verde

Amazing place and wonderful management! Very clean and nice unit with everything I needed in a great part of town that is conveniently located to all parts of the city. I had a really great stay and a really pleasant experience dealing with C. Communication was great and it was very easy getting things squared away to move in and move out. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque. Will be looking forward to returning here next time I'm working again in ABQ. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Casa Verde

This is a great one bedroom apartment super close to the hospitals. It was well equipped for my stay, had a comfortable bed, and a nice living space to relax in. I was very happy with C communication and the ease of checking in and out. Overall a great stay and I would definitely rent here again

One bedroom apartment

I cant say enough about the apartment. It was extremely clean, had everything I needed and is in a wonderful location. I was literally 5 minutes from work. Traveling alone I always worry about safety and that was never an issues. The owners were very responsive to all of my needs and any issues that arose. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully I will have the opportunity soon. Thank you C, R and J. I miss you all!

My stay

This place was great while incompleted my contract at UNM. I didnt have a stove initially but they added it later which was great! The property manager C was very attentive and responded to emails quickly. I would definitely come stay with her again.

Perfect spot!

This was the perfect spot for me to stay during my work contract in ABQ. The management team was very responsive, always took care of things in a timely manner, and were friendly. I loved my cozy accommodations, being walking distance to great spots like The Grove and Farina Pizzeria, and being located in a great central spot with friendly neighbors. I would stay here again!

Amazing stay

The management of this property went over and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. C has been very attentive and responsive to any requests or concerns. It is very close to the big hospitals in the area. If I ever return to Albuquerque for a future assignment I will most definitely look for a site that belongs to this management company.
