Modern Private Apt Half Mile to OSF / Methodist

This place is exactly like the photos and even more. I travel a lot for work and have been to so many places that give you the bare minimum. I had hangers and a dresser in the bathroom to put my clothes away. There are washer machines and dryers in the basement. Everything is clean and comfortable. Rebecca is very nice, respectful and responsive. If I had an issue she was taking care of it immediately and is very apologetic. The building is well kept and the people in the building are very nice. I am a big online shopper and I was so happy to know my packages were always safe. If your package was left on the front porch someone in the building would bring it inside so it would be safe. I went away for a weekend and when I got back my package was there waiting for me. I wish my contract would have gotten extended just so I could stay here longer. Living here you will not regret it!

I stayed here for a couple months due to work and it was a great location! Super close to downtown and situated in the most beautiful historic house. Rebecca was very responsive and offered immediate assistance with all of my questions. She truly went above and beyond for me and made it a great experience! I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Peoria area.
