Home is in lovely peaceful and safe neighborhood. Close to trails and parks. Room available is upstairs next to bathroom with shower. Room is bright and cozy. Bathroom was just remodeled with beautiful new shower and vanity, and view of the garden.
The bedroom also has mini-split air conditioner. Full use of kitchen and washer / dryer. Large garden to sit in and relax!

Safe, Clean and Comfortable
A is truly a wonderful host. She is very welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable. Her home is clean and as advertised. She made sure that there was dedicated space for my stuff in the kitchen cabinets, fridge, and shared bathroom. My personal space was never infringed upon and I never felt micromanaged as a tenant in her home. She also gave wonderful tips on sight seeing in the area. The neighborhood is very nice and I felt safe there. I enjoyed my time here and would stay again should the opportunity arise.
