Perfect Private room in quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and parks

Comfortable & safe space to live

I had such a wonderful stay here and felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The neighborhood is fantastic, full of green space, and it has that clean, safe feel that makes it easy to rest and relax. It's also incredibly convenient: you can walk to nearby shopping like Target, or grab a bite and drinks at restaurants just down the street. The space itself was spotless and well cared for. I really appreciated having my own private bathroom and space to spread out, it made the stay feel private and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of room to move around and cook. Parking was easy too, with garage space available for my car, so I never had to worry about finding a spot. And as a dog lover, I have to mention how sweet and friendly the resident dogs were. Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a great location, and I'd happily come back again. I travel for work, so hope to stay here again when I'm back working in Denver. Highly recommend!

Delightful

Everything about my stay at this property suited my situation very well. I'm an RN and worked at a facility barely one mile away. The room and bathroom were clean and of decent size for my 6 foot frame. I appreciated the large walk-in closet off the bathroom and, because of the snowy weather while there, the 2 car garage. Plenty of room in the kitchen for 'my things', the washer and dryer are right outside the bedroom and her animals are well behaved and friendly. The neighborhood is not quite a gated community but access and finding your way around is easy once you get acclimated. If the opportunity arose for work in the area again, I would see if KM's place was available first.
