10/10 Spot in Rochester!

This place was the perfect spot for my 5 month contract at SMH. It's about a 7 minute drive from the hospital and close to grocery stores and the highway. The area itself is safe with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The area is quiet, I worked nightshift and never had any issues sleeping during the day. The kitchen is well stocked, the washer/dryer work great and the a/c units and heaters work great as well. The landlord is absolutely wonderful, she made sure I had everything I needed and was always available if I ever had any questions. All of the neighbors surrounding the area are also lovely and always made sure I was doing alright. I am a solo female traveler so it makes a huge difference knowing you are safe at your home away home! I would stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

Convenient and cozy home

This cottage was perfect for anyone working at and commuting to U of R. It's only a 10 minute drive from East River Road imaging center and the hospital! . The home is really cozy, the neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and very beautiful in the fall. The alley doesn't always get cleaned off during the winter, but sometimes someone will come by and plow. The roads in the neighborhood can be slippery for be cautious driving out of the alleyway. The neighborhood is a beautiful walk if you're interested, and you'll be only super close to Highland park (plenty of festivals and flower blooming around May). The best part was working with Jennie. She is super sweet, understanding and accommodating. I was able to reach out to her many times if I had an issue and she was on it asap. The only con is during the winter time, it gets cold because of the air coming in through the front door and windows. But the heating works well, especially upstairs.

Amazing place!

This place was amazing with the best landlords! I was truly sad when my assignment at SMH was over and I had to move out. I loved it here. Great location close to a ton of stuff, and one off street parking spot. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking!!
