This rambler style home offers a large fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood. I'm a female living upstairs while you will have the entire basement apartment to yourself. I do have 2 cats but they do not go in the basement. The space has a kitchenette but the main floor kitchen will always be available for your use.

Quiet 1 bedroom apartment
I had the pleasure of staying in this 1-bedroom apartment during relocation. The area of town was quiet and safe. Grocery stores within a couple miles and was able to walk to other restaurants. The living space was well appointed and quiet. The kitchenette worked well for meals while the living area and bedroom were separated nicely. I WFH so it was nice to have a desk area. Wi-fi was great. Maddy was very helpful and responsive to any questions. She was also very respectful of my space during the stay.

Maddy and cats were very welcoming! House always very tidy and very large yet comfortable space. Maddy is very responsive and helped with any issues that came up. Though overall very quiet and friendly place to stay when working crazy house. Peaceful and relaxing.

Maddy was a good roommate, communication was very open! She was always very accommodating. The space was clean when I arrived and worked for what I needed it for. I would stay again and highly recommend.

Spacious apt
I stayed with M for a couple months in between looking for homes and the stay was wonderful! M was very accommodating and available for any questions or concerns. The space was large and felt homey for being a lower level space. I had access to the kitchen and laundry as needed. The space was very clean and M was highly respectful of my space!

The Basement
M is a respectful home owner. This space is in the basement of her home, which is safe, nicely furnished, clean and spacious. There were some quirks we needed to work out to make it a more comfortable space and she was easy to get a hold of and took care of them in a timely manner with no issues! She is willing to share the upstairs space since there is not a full kitchen in the basement. I used an air fryer and microwave which worked great! One word of advice for any traveler moving into any space, find out what is supplied so you know what you need to bring in advance. This is a quiet restful place to stay! Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area too! Thanks M!
