Very quiet neighborhood. Only a 7 minute drive to MUSC and 10 minutes to downtown. Half a mile from Avondale, a fun neighborhood. Private access to the West Ashley Bikeway via the backyard fence gate. Higgins pier just a quarter mile away (kayak access and fishing). Heavy bag, chin-up bar and gymnastics rings in garage. Back patio with small, fenced yard, outdoor furniture and grill. New house and furniture (May 2022).

New house (2022) near Avondale. Small front yard and fenced-in backyard with private access to the West Ashley Bike Path. Two-car garage with space for projects, some tools, and a pull-up bar with heavy bag and exercise bands for working out. No HOA, quiet and safe neighborhood tucked away in a great location. Will allow small dogs and medium/large dogs can considered. No cats please.

Fantastic home
The house and location are absolutely wonderful. The drive to MUSC is quick and easy. Youre close to so many things to do. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner is kind and responsive. Truly, I could not have had a better stay.
