Hidden Gem!

My husband, pup, and I are so happy we found this listing! This hidden gem of a house is in a historic neighborhood with good walking accessibility (has sidewalks with street lamps, ~5min walk to grocery store) and friendly neighbors. It has a great back yard that we use almost daily for fetching. The apartment unit is on the main level and has great character. The hardwood floors, framed windows, (closed off) fireplace, and decor, make it feel really homey. The space was also very clean upon arrival. Though there is one unit above and below us, noise rarely travels between spaces. The unit has a door coded entry and there is a ring camera on the front door which we love for safety purposes. On top of all of that, we personally really like the land lord. He is friendly, reasonable, and cares about the home. He's also prompt to respond and quick to help with our requests. Would definitely recommend this place to travel workers or any one else looking for a short term stay in this area.

My son & I stayed here while visiting Johns Hopkins Hospital, which is pretty much a straight 20-minute/2-mile drive east. Apartment is first floor of a house in an historic neighborhood, which is an oasis of beauty. Neighbors, especially those with dogs, have been friendly and welcoming. The apartment has been beautifully renovated... with central heat & A/C, large refrigerator, gas stove/oven, small-ish microwave, spacious walk-in shower (but bathroom as a whole is small), and hardwood floors (vinyl flooring in kitchen and bath). There is only a two-handed dishwasher (that is, you... no dishwasher), which actually has been quite nice. The washer & dryer are downstairs and are shared with the owner and basement tenant. They are large stacked front-loading with high-end settings & are remarkably quiet while running. Fast Internet, too. Love sitting on porch & walking around the neighborhood. Most shopping is nearby along Edmondson Ave/Baltimore National Pike (Rt. 40).

Suburban city apartment

Very nice apartment/ very nice property in a good location and attractive neighborhood / spacious 3 bedroom with laundry facility/ nice yard for the dog.. we even had deer in the yard. Good friendly neighbors too. Easy to work with the owner in case theres any issues. Would definitely stay here again

An awesome property with comfortable accommodations! Beautiful and safe neighborhood in a convenient location to local hospitals and Baltimore attractions. Property owner was always a call away, which reassured my safety and comfortability throughout my stay here.
