Kept my deposit :(
I loved the property, however Mark kept my entire deposit plus cleaning fee. We had a verbal agreement for me to have sheep and chickens, but then accused me of breaking rules once I got them. He then kept my entire deposit when I left it tidy and clean. He made things worse by accusing me of leaving it "filthy" and smelling like diapers. Do not recommend renting this place

Peaceful and Simple
The home is large, comfortable, with plenty of space, and everything is stocked. It's very peaceful, with deer roaming outside- overall, if you like the quiet of the country, this location is wonderful. M is very responsive and easy to work with.
