There is a separate gated entrance as well as a private deck with outside chairs and table. Utilities are included as well as Xfinity WIFI in the monthly rent. There is safe street parking in front of the house.

Convenient and Comfortable
I stayed at this lovely property for a couple of months, which was well-appointed and located just a short walk from the water. Lynne, the owner, was super responsive to any questions or minor issues that arose, and I'd certainly recommend the place to anyone looking for a comfy home.

Amazing stay!
I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 2 months while I was working at Kaiser in Vallejo. 5/5 recommend! L was responsive and attentive to needs/ questions and the neighborhood is beautiful, well kept, and quiet. I parked on the street outside her house and never had any issues. Downtown Benicia is a 20 minute walk with salons, boutiques, and many restaurants! The apartment is plenty of space for a single traveler like myself and gets such great light. The smoke alarm is a little sensitive but hey at least you know it's working! Really loved my stay here and was sad to leave.
