This was an amazing place to live while working as a travel nurse. The property is within walking distance to the Blue Line (Maverick and Airport Stations), grocery stores, the beach and bay waterfront, and parks that are scattered around Eastie. The house itself was clean, beautiful, and spacious with lots of windows and light. The kitchen was well-stocked with silverware, cooking utensils, pans/bowls, and the appliances all worked very well. I stayed in each of the two rooms during my time at Bar's property, and I can say both were comfortable with enough room for all of my things. The entire unit was well-controlled with A/C and heat. Bar is a friendly landlord and does his best to accommodate for his guest's needs. The on-site garage parking is a huge perk. A property like this is extremely hard to come by in Boston. I'll be happy to stay here again if I am ever back in Boston.

Bar is an amazing host and if I'm ever back in Boston, I would stay here in a heart beat. Truly a friend at heart and the location of the space is pretty fantastic for the price. It worked for my situation very well. I stayed here for 4 months and when my contract ended unexpectedly, he was understanding and we came to an agreement that worked for us both. Washer/dryer in the house along with the included parking make this rental a great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Great Stay - Highly Recommend!

I stayed here for 4 months during a travel nurse contract and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, cozy, and fully furnished with everything I needed - I felt right at home from day one. Bar was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond if I had any questions. He even shared so many great local spots to eat, explore, and unwind, which made a huge difference during my stay. If you're a travel nurse or just looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place with a great host, I definitely recommend this property. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Stay!

Can't say enough great things about this property! I stayed in the 2nd bedroom for one month and would absolutely return anytime I'm back in Boston. The apartment is exactly as advertised - super clean, spacious, modern, parking was SO convenient. Location is close to the waterfront, right near some great restaurants and in a very safe area. Blue Line is just minutes away so very easy to access downtown Boston if you want. From start to finish, Bar made my stay easy and enjoyable. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Boston, you'll be hard pressed to find a stay better than this.
