Lovely Home, Great Location

Absolutely beautiful home, in a great location close to many hospitals, food and shopping. Home boasts a relaxing backyard with tv and surround sound that can be played in the back patio and throughout the home. Large master bedroom and closet. Kitchen fully stocked with appliances and cookware. Located very close to the pool. Large garage, friendly neighbors. Laura was very sweet and responsive.

Wonderful Stay!

I had a great experience staying at this rental property! Everything was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The space was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect close to a few restaurants, convenience store and even a grocery store a short walk away, yet still peaceful and quiet. Very short drive to the 101 for easy access to other Phoenix locations. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering clear communication and quick assistance whenever needed. One of my favorite things was the quiet, safe neighborhood, comfortable beds, fantastic patio providing both sun and shade as well as a TV. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable rental experience. Id definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient

I was a little nervous about committing to a month-long rental based on the reviews about deposits, but I am glad I did. I found Laura to be honest and because I caused no damage, my security deposit was returned in full. The photos were a great representation of the house. It had all the amenities I needed, and I was particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the house, the comfort of the beds, the beautiful walk-in shower with a glass window, private view out to a lit-up Ficus tree, and a beautiful, secluded back yard with an outdoor TV. Additionally, this central location made it easy to access the freeway to get to anything I needed very quickly. Laura was very responsive to all of my questions during my stay. I will definitely look to stay at Laura's home again on my next visit to Mesa and the Phoenix-area. Thank you, Laura, for offering this charming home to those of us from out of town looking for a clean, comfortable stay in the Phoenix-area.

Absolute Gem!

What an absolute gem of a place! This home is incredibly charmingbright, cozy, and immaculately clean. The attention to detail in the decor is just lovely, from the beautiful exposed beams on the ceiling to the dreamy four-poster bed that made every night feel like a retreat. The amenities were top-notch and thoughtfully provided, making the stay easy and comfortable from start to finish. The location couldnt be betterpeaceful and safe, yet close to everything you could want. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I found myself completely relaxed and at ease. I already cant wait to return. This spot has officially become a favorite, and Ill be back again very soon!

Great Stay

I have rented this home 4 times now and each time is fantastic. This property is an excellent value compared to similar properties in Scottsdale. The home is well taken care of, clean and adorable. The landlord is very responsive and the neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to so many things. We loved our stay yet again this year and have already signed the lease for next! Thanks for always making us feel as comfortable as we would at our own home.

Unjustified Charges and Withheld Security Deposit

My husband and I are in our 60's and the only guests at this home during our stay. We unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with the host regarding our security deposit. After our stay, I was informed that a significant portion of my security deposit was being withheld due to alleged damages. I simply asked, but however, the host never provided any photographic evidence or receipts to support these claims, leaving me with no clear understanding of the charges. The costs appeared to be excessively inflated and unjustified. Clear communication and transparency are key when it comes to security deposits, and in this case, I felt completely taken advantage of. I would advise future guests to be cautious when dealing with this host, as the lack of clarity and fairness was frustrating and disappointing.
