Amazing Host!

Wow! Such a great find. I am so so grateful for Rachel, her pups, and all of her hospitality and care. My stay was a bit of an unexpected extended one due to life changes and Rachel has been a joy throughout the entire experience. Very cozy, clean, and welcoming. I had a really great stay here that I will never forget. I highly recommend!

Kind host and a clean and cozy place to stay!

Rachel is an amazing host. She is very kind and considerate and makes an effort to get to know her guests. The room is very nicely furnished, and Rachel even designates a separate space in the cupboards and fridge for you. After moving out, I needed temporary housing a second time for about two weeks, and Rachel was kind enough to let me come back again for such a short stay.

Wonderful host!

I stayed with Rachel for 3 months during a temporary fieldwork placement in Fort Collins and had a wonderful experience! Rachel is a thoughtful and responsive host who goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. The space was clean, comfortable, and in a safe/nice location with a nearby trail. I enjoyed my stay so much that Im returning for additional months of temporary housing. Highly recommend!

Great Place

I lived here for a few months. The house is in a great location, with an easy commute to the CSU campus. The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of families. Overall had a great stay here. The house was very clean and there was plenty of storage given in the fridges and pantry. Other residents were great people to get along with, and the dogs are very friendly and well behaved. Overall this house was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

The best stay!

I moved from out of state and had never been to Fort Collins before, I needed somewhere to stay pretty fast as I was moving for a potential job. This host was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and kind. I had only planned on staying for 3 months but it turned into 8 months and she was more the happy to accommodate my timeline. The room is comfortable, the house has everything you would need for a temporary stay, and the location is amazing. I highly recommend this stay

great and quiet place to stay

Great affordable place to stay!! being a travel nurse from Texas traveling alone to a different state and not knowing anyone I was very fortunate to find this property and the homeowner R. R made me feel so comfortable and at home my three months stay ended up turning into 8 months, as a travel nurse I worked crazy long hours, different shifts, and she did her best to accommodate me. The rent was also very affordable, other travel nurses would tell me how much they had to pay for hotels or renting a room and was very surprised I found a nice room in a great neighborhood for only $650 a month. I would definitely go back and do it all over again if I ever took another job in Colorado, one of my job locations was 45 minutes away but decided to stay at this property because i was so comfortable.
