We live on a quiet dead end street. Our house backs up to the green space so we have deer, birds, and many other forest animals. The full size kitchen is only a year old. The basement apartment includes a washer and dryer with plenty of storage in the utility room. Great Little Basement Apartment
I stayed here with my husband for five months, and Molly was such a great landlord! The apartment had everything we needed, and Molly and her family were super respectful of our space and privacy. The shower had great water pressure, the bed was super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. I especially loved all the walking trails and being so close to the Willamette River. It was a great place to stay!

Perfect home base
I stayed here for 3 months, and it had everything I needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was clean and comfortable. M was very helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed the wooded neighborhood, excellent for walking, and it felt very safe. I would stay here again, hosts were very easy to work with and the apartment was super cozy.
