Landlord experience

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this landlord. At the end of our stay, we were charged an additional $300 for cleaning on top of the $300 cleaning fee we already paid and another $113 dishwasher-related expenses that were considered "wear and tear" and we were still charged. When we asked for documentation supporting these charges, we were not provided with the actual itemized receipts. We were happy to address any legitimate cleaning or damage concerns, but we felt the charges should have been clearly documented and supported with receipts. The lack of transparency regarding the additional $413 deducted from our 1000$ deposit was very frustrating and left us disappointed with our overall experience. I would recommend future tenants thoroughly document the condition of the property at move-in and move-out and make sure any additional charges are clearly explained and supported with receipts. Be careful.

Beautiful property, nice owner

This is a lovely condo on a golf course. It is even nicer in person than the photos imply. It has everything you need including the hangers in the closet, so all you need to bring are your toiletries and your clothes. This was a great place to spend a year, and I highly recommend it. The owner is also very friendly and responsive if you need anything. The neighbors are friendly and quiet, so you don't have to worry about that. A great place to stay!
