perfect size and location

A perfect location! My dog enjoyed the backyard, great walking to little coffee shops, bars and the park and close to work! Easy to communicate with M with and felt safe walking at night. Really miss it! If I am ever in SA again I am staying here! M and J!

Cozy, convenient, and safe.

I stayed at this property for a little under 6 months. Not only did I feel comfortable and at home with the amenities provided, I also felt incredibly safe in the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying at this location for your short term rental needs. All necessities were included, kitchen goods, towels, blankets, toiletries as well as cleaning supplies. Trash service was also provided making living there extremely easy. The landlady and property manager were also incredibly helpful and friendly with any question or concern I had during my stay. I highly recommend staying at this location for your short term rental needs.
