Great Stay

Beautiful property. Ina is wonderful. Neighborhood is quiet. Nice neighbors as well. I will definitely stay again if I have another assignment in DC.

Phenomenal and impressive apartment

This place is a gem with the best amenities! I stayed in unit 6 on the top level. It is well appointed and has the best appliances. Gas range, huge refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and even a recessed wine cooler. The bathrooms are perfect with great water pressure and hot water. Ina is a superb host, communicates well and timely. Always ready to solve any issue. I could not have asked for a better host. The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the Metro which gives you access to DC. If parking is a concern, Ina has that covered too. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Home Away From Home

I had the pleasure of living in Mrs. I and Mr. G's 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat for 18 months, and it was an outstanding experience. As a travel nurse, I needed a convenient place for my contracts, and this property was perfect. Safety was a huge plus; I always felt secure in the well-lit neighborhood with secure building access. The modern apartment had up-to-date appliances and was spacious, making it feel like a true home away from home. The pet-friendly environment was significant for me since I have a small dog. The area had plenty of green spaces and amenities, making it easy to take my dog for walks and ensuring she was comfortable. Meeting other friendly travel nurses in the building, many with pets, created a supportive community atmosphere. Overall, living in Mrs. I and Mr. G's property was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, pet-friendly, and convenient home.

Perfect Location/Great Experience

This property has been recently renovated with new appliances, furniture and interior. The location is a brief walk away from the Minnesota Ave. Metro station. The owners are wonderful people that are quick to respond when needed. We would GLADLY return here again and had a wonderful experience in DC here.

Very Convenient!

We had a great experience at this apartment! It was conveniently located, being just a five-minute walk from Minnesota Avenue Station. The furniture was lovely and added to the overall appeal of the place. The building is pet-friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even though we didn't have a dog ourselves, it was a joy to see the friendly dogs of our neighbors after a long day at work. The building has six units, and most of the tenants are travel nurses. Everyone was kind and friendly. The in-unit washer and dryer, along with the dishwasher, made life so much more convenient. Additionally, having a TV in each bedroom was a delightful touch.

A beautiful apartment one block from the Minnesota metro stop. The landlord was great and was just a phone call away if needed. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Confty cozy penthouse

Definitely one of my best furnished finder places that I stayed in so far in my 2 years of traveling nursing. The host I is very helpful and was always one call away when I needed her. The place was perfect for my brother and I it came with 2.5 bathrooms, which we loved having our own, and also having the extra just in case we were not close to ours. The furniture is modern and up to date, with all the appliances one would need. The metro bus and train station are close by few minutes walk, and the building is pet friendly. If I'm ever back in DC, this place will be my go-to before anywhere else.
