Great place for travel nurses
Stayed here for my first travel nurse assignment in Denver. About 20 minutes from downtown going down Colfax. Really close to Sloan's Lake and world famous Casa Bonita. Really enjoyed running around Sloan's. Older home but perfect for one or two people. Landlord maintains the yard well. Never had maintenance issues and received my security deposit back in a timely fashion.

Great stay in an awesome location
I had a great experience at this location. The guesthouse was very clean and had everything I needed. A was a great host with excellent communication and any issues with the house were promptly addressed. The location was perfect and close to lots of great restaurants, stores, and a short drive to downtown Denver. Its a great place for any traveling healthcare workers.
