Efficiency Unit - Perfect for Busy Professionals 2

Prepare for a cramped space. Was not happy moving into this unit. The pictures at the time did not give a clear perspective of this space. It's definitely an efficiency unit, but more like an efficiency closet. I don't think this space should be advertised for more than 500$ because its worth no more than that! You will hear the front door of the apartment shut every time someone leaves (the entire unit and your bed cot shake), the AC filter was not clean when I moved in and the room smelled of either mold and/or old cigarettes. The neighbors in the same apartment building I spoke with were not happy with the state of things. I give this two stars and not one because the landlord was nice and tried to work with me on alternatives before offering a partial refund. I lasted 3 days there. If you want something cheap, need VERY little space, I mean 100 square feet, and can sleep like a rock through any noise, this may be a fit.
