House is in a great location. Appliances work great as well as the AC. Josh was very easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again if needed.

Great Location and Property

Property has a lot of room and is in a good location. These were the main reasons why I picked it initially and reasons that made the stay great. The pictures are fairly true to life as far as what's included on the property, so if you like what you see and you want a safe, nice place to live while you're in Vegas give this one a go.

By far this is one of the best properties available. The location is great the neighborhood was great I highly recommend it.

Great Experience in Centennial Hills

Had a great three-month stay at this property. The house is clean, spacious, and updated. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and well-maintained. Restaurants, stores, gyms, and the hospital were close and accessible. J was a great host/landlord that was communicative when needed and respected our space and privacy during our stay.

Great Vegas Stay

The house was great and I stayed here about a year. The owner was super nice and made the entire process easy. Location was perfect for my work, right near 215 and 95 making it easy to get anywhere in vegas. The amenities nearby made life easy with it being close to many restaurants and a grocery store. Definitely worth the price, thanks for hooking it up!

Great Place to Live in Centennial Hills

I loved my stay here and the location was great. The owner was great to work with and it was nice having a renovated and very clean house. The best part was how easy the owner made it since Im active military and always moving around. Location is great with plenty of restaurants, parks, and shopping nearby.

Clean and neat place to call HOME

My stay in this beautiful, clean and well-maintained property was outstanding; the homeowner J was very friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood overall is tranquil; this home location is within walking distance from a shopping center, Centennial Hospital, and the gym.

Great Location!

This home is fantastic and is located in a perfect spot: right across from the Hospital with lots of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to Downtown Summerlin as the home is right near the 215 and 95. I stayed here before this was posted on Furnished Finder and the owner of the house was very accomodating and super friendly. He made sure I was taken care of and left the home in immaculate condition. Definitely glad I to have chosen this home! Thanks again!
