HIGHLY recommend!

This quiet guesthouse tucked back into the woods was everything and more! I had such a lovely stay with Tony and Mindy- they were fantastic hosts who were so helpful and also incredibly respectful of privacy and space. The guesthouse had everything that anyone could need, including kitchen, bathroom, extra blankets, etc.! I was working at Good Samaritan Hospital in Corvallis while staying here and it was a very easy drive- only about 20ish minutes with little to no traffic. 50 minutes to the coast, 45 minutes to Eugene airport so very good location. Very quiet and cozy space that was absolutely perfect. The washer/dryer was also a HUGE plus! Would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Oregon at its finest!

My favorite stay so far!

This cottage studio was perfect for a solo traveler, I had everything I needed during my stay. As a young single traveler, I always felt safe in the area at all times of day! Tony and Mindy were the best landlords, helpful and friendly but also entirely respectful of my space. They helped me out with any minor issue I had - always very responsive and kept me updated (for example, power out due to fallen tree and Tony immediately offered to set up the generator, made sure I had whatever I needed). Major plus of this place was a full kitchen and washer/dryer! The drive from town was beautiful, showcasing Oregon scenery and gorgeous views. Large TV, comfy bed, super fast internet, and central location. I cant say enough good things about this place or the people, I was VERY sad to leave! If I ever travel back to this area, I know where I want to stay!

Great cozy cottage

I stayed here for almost 4 months for a temporary job in the area! The owners were very gracious and kind: they helped me to get to know the area and were always more than willing to help out if any issues arose with the rental. The patio off the cottage is a big plus since it is an amazing space to relax or hangout with friends. Cannot say enough good things about the cottage and property owners!

Incredible Guesthouse Stay

Mindy and Tony are incredible hosts. I truly wanted for nothing while living in the Guesthouse. The Guesthouse was adorably furnished with anything and everything that you could need - the kitchen had everything any home cook could ask for, all furniture and bedding was provided, and towels and linens were plentiful. I moved to the Corvallis/Philomath area for work and thought I would be in the Guesthouse only 2-3 months, however it took longer than anticipated to find more permanent housing and Tony and Mindy graciously extended my stay each time I made the request, and I ended up living there for 8 months. I loved my time in the Guesthouse and would highly recommend staying there. Mindy and Tony are the best hosts that you will find......and you will really enjoy your time in this beautiful and serene setting.

Quiet, comfy, & affordable

I stayed here for 2 months, and it was an awesome rental. This place is so cozy, and tucked away in the forest. Its an easy drive to Good Sam. My hosts were very nice and easy to get along with, and made my stay special. The Cottage was stocked with all the essentials, and the washer and dryer was a great bonus. WiFI was very fast. Lots of deer and other wildlife to watch. Lots of peace and quiet to enjoy after a long day at work. I would love to rent here again if I ever come back to Corvallis.

Great stay

This place is tucked perfectly if you want to be a bit out of town and surrounded by nature. You can see the white capped Cascades at the end of the road, M´s Peak is also visible close by. Very central to the coast, Eugene, Salem, and easily within driving distance to Portland and countless nature attractions. Also the hosts are amazing people, I get along with them very well, and they're always helpful as well! Great stay, hope to come back here again once I leave lol.
