best cozy rustic-style studio in riverside!

Where do I even start about Koko and James place? I absolutely loved staying here for my clinical rotation at RUHS: Moreno Valley. I couldnt recommend this place more for anyone who is a PA/MD/DO/RN student, traveling nurse, etc. It was perfectly located in a quaint, safe neighborhood near CBU in Riverside, about 20-30 minutes away from my work. After a long day of work, it was so nice to come home to a beautifully-decorated studio with everything you need, from a well-stocked kitchen to a large-screen Roku TV to a washer/dryer unit. Furthermore, it rained quite a bit while I was staying here (not so california-like), so it was great having a mini-split and plenty of blankets to stay warm. My favorite feature of the studio was the cute little gas stove! Koko and James were the sweetest and kindest! I enjoyed having our catch-up conversations on my time in Riverside. They were responsive and accommodating to my situation as a student. Thank you so much, Koko and James!

A little piece of heaven

This little secluded best kept secret in Riverside is the perfect getaway after a long day at work. Cute doggos even sometimes greet you inside the fence. The space is detached from the landlords home and its quiet, peaceful and has everything you need to feel at home. Its a little bit Farmhouse and a little bit Shabby Chic. It has high a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan & The full size refrigerator & W&D is a huge plus because a lot of rentals only provide a mini fridge.. and you can only fit a 6 pack of be..r i mean sodas in it. But not here. They have you covered. Oh the bathroom is equipped with a shower that youll want to live in. The other conveniences are cool too. A wall heater A/C unit you can control & a smart tv with all your favorite streaming. The bed is super comfortable and its conveniently located near area hospitals and the holy trinity of Rosses. Youre surrounded by not one but 3 Ross dept stores so need i say more. That should clinch it for you. Did for me. :)
