The upstairs tenants at the property when we stayed were very noisy. Before committing to this property you should investigate this situation and inspect the backyard of the upstairs tenants property. Our experience was that there were always people home and coming and going from the property. They appeared to run some form of salvage operation in which they were constantly moving second hand items from the house to a number of different cars. The rear yard looks like a garbage tip with decrepit items piled on top of each other which is vermin attracting. It is fair to say that other than this very important factor, the property was reasonably good.

Close to PRMCE. Lower unit with vintage charm. Spacious. Mice from prior tenants neglect. Questionable upstairs tenants with unkempt yard. Our unit was frequented by Everett PD (looking for the upstairs tenants). Safety concerns due to this. H mentioned eviction plans; I hope she follows through for the sake of future tenants. Cleanliness fell short given the big fees we paid. Assuming the last tenants paid a cleaning fee, the cleaning left much to be desired. I had to perform a deep clean. Plenty of food, wrappers, crumbs, etc. found all over. This raised question about cleaning process. Peeling drywall, poor airflow were concerns- the back of the unit was COLD. An offensive smell in the guest bedroom persisted despite efforts to eliminate it ourselves w/ Wallflowers. Despite some pros, mice, neighbor issues, and cleanliness impacted our overall experience. H was communicative, friendly. Future tenants should heavily consider these factors before choosing this unit.
