Great Place!

I had a great stay at this house in Dallas! The landlord was very kind, responsive, and easy to work with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and a perfect size for my stay. The location was also a huge plus close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and just a short drive to the airport. Overall, a wonderful experience and Id definitely stay here again!

DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. This house was the perfect place for my family of 4 while on I was on a travel contract and my wife was interning. Viktor was a fantastic host and was prompt with responses and to help when needed. I couldnt recommend the place more and want you to listen to this review. I want to give a good review, as the location was great right by the airport and an easy drive to many downtown locations. However my roommates and I were disappointed with a few experiences - upon move in we found moldy and expired kitchen items (flour, seasonings, potholders), damp closets, and found a few cockroaches on occasion. It did have a nice big backyard however I had to constantly watch my dog as the fence was broken and literally falling off into the yard, which was never addressed despite saying that it would be, also had to request lawn care often. All things to be disappointed in, however what was most upsetting was not being refunded $300 at the end of our stay for cleaning"despite being told and stated in the lease and on furnished finder that only $150 is non-refundable AND leaving the place 1000% better than we found it. Overall, would not stay here again, and would not recommend.
