Comfortable Stay

We stayed at this rental for a few months and had a great experience. The place was comfortable, clean, and well furnished, which made our stay easy. The landlord was accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our time there. Overall it was a smooth and pleasant rental experience, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a place to stay.

My family of 3 stayed at this great apartment for 7 months while we got a feel for the area and looked for long-term housing. Everything is as described in the listing and in the other reviews. The main things that made us choose this listing were: In-unit laundry and parking for two vehicles, both of which are not easy to find in this area. Some of the things that we grew to really appreciate after our arrival were: The quiet neighborhood, the park very close by, and the close proximity to roads such as 3, 46 and 80. It's been a cold winter but the apartment was always cozy and the hosts are very attentive to any safety concerns. The driveway and walkways were always cleared promptly of snow and ice. The main bedroom is very spacious and we were able to set up our home office there. The hosts are approachable, quick to respond and respectful of privacy at the same time. Thank you G & A!

Great Rental Unit and Property Manager

I stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog from January 2024 to July 2024. During that time, we enjoyed our stay and had no issues with the unit or the property manager. In fact, Greg has been incredibly considerate and communicative with us. He's been attentive to our needs and concerns. It was a pleasure to stay at this property and the neighborhood is peaceful which is nice after working all day. Overall, I highly recommend this place and Greg.

Great Property/Hosts

We had a great experience staying with G and A. Apartment was clean and as described. They even gave us more than plenty of starter supplies and toiletries. G replies quick with any questions we had. Cliftons little hidden gem

I had the pleasure of staying here for 10 months. I can not say enough good things about my host, he was very accommodating and always available if I needed anything. It has all the amenities and a backyard which my frenchie loved and I was able to enjoy as well. The rooms are a nice size and there is great natural light throughout the apartment. It is a very safe and friendly neighborhood with a park a block away which was great to walk my dog and play tennis. You can see the NYC skyline and the bus stop to NYC is only two blocks away. There are many surrounding neighborhoods with parks and good eats. The host will give you great recommendations to get you started.
