Cozy and safe
Nice and cozy room. Very private and near a lot of stores like Starbucks, in & out, Target, Grocery outlet, ect. Also near freeway which is a major plus! And only about 15 mins from the beach and mall! Very clean and in a safe area. Very nice and responsive host who will solve any issue you have very fast. Parking available at residence also. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay again if I have a contract in that area.

cozy private studio experience
Its near the freeway and is super close to my work. I had my space, peace, separate entrance and never been disturbed by the owner. I liked place was bright and cozy and my uninterrupted parking. I stayed here almost a year until I move to my next contract. I like quiet neighborhood and having access to freeways , subways and airport easily.
