I've loved living here. This studio unit is so cute and has everything you need for a short term lease. Also, the landlord Gretchen is so sweet and personable! I would definitely recommend this place!

Home away from Home!

Home away from home! Ms G is a great landlord, this property is beautiful! Lots of attention to details inside/out, privacy, easy street parking & shes responsive to inquiries. Everything is true to the pictures posted. Very cozy, comfortable vibes. She has stocked the studio with everything you could need, if you didnt bring your own supplies. Quiet, clean and private neighborhood, I felt very safe and right at home. Not far from the beach, grocery stores & shopping. Literally mins away from Sofi stadium and YouTube theater. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Home Away from Home

I loved my stay at this studio property. It is well kept, quiet and close to so many attractions. The host was very open with communication and making sure I was well accommodated for both of my stays. It has its own private entrance, a small porch, washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, couch with pull out full size bed, and queen bed. I would highly recommend this property, it comfortable, convenient and so cute

Wow Factor

Upon entering the property, my first impression was Wow. The space is inviting, warm, bright, beautifully decorated and clean. The high ceilings make this space feel airy and even larger. The washer/dryer combo was a nice and pleasant surprise. Because the property is centrally located and priced just right, it is very easy to drive to and/or just take an Uber to restaurants, shopping and/or other points of interest in Southern CA. I would not hesitate to recommend this incredible studio to others...which I did but it was already booked (lol). I want to thank the Hostess for providing excellent customer service and creating an ambience that makes it very difficult for clients/customers to return home. I look forward to booking this hidden gem the next time I'm in Los Angeles.

SO fortunate to have stayed in this alluring one bedroom home!!!! Not only is the homeowner responsive, communicative, and also, so very friendly but very accommodating. This home evokes a serene atmosphere and helps you recharge from the day. Breathtaking, Elegantly decorated, only a short distance away from the beaches, restaurants, and shops... Highly, Highly recommended.

A BEAUTIFUL home away from home.

Home exactly as portrayed in pics, but even nicer. It was super clean and welcoming. The dcor was so enchanting and captivating that I didnt want to leave. The location was perfect for my month long stay and centrally located near the new Inglewood Rams stadium, shopping and entertainment. I was less than 20 minutes away from DTLA and Manhattan Beach which made planning weekend excursions a breeze. The Hostess and her husband were absolutely on top of everything and the home was well stocked with everything I needed for my stay, and the amenities were perfect! Totally felt like a home away from home. Thanks so much for providing a warm and wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend booking this cottage and would definitely stay here again.

Elegant & Clean

I was so amazed at how beautiful this property was on the inside and out! I felt luxuriant when I walked in. It's definitely a hidden gem! Checking in was very easy and well communicated. When I arrived inside the cottage, I could not only see how clean it was but also smell it. The perfect size for a couple or family of three. The host communicated very well with any of my needs and was so pleasant when we did meet. I really enjoyed being able to wash my soiled clothing before leaving. Overall, I had an amazing stay, and whenever I return to Los Angeles, I will be booking again!!
