Incredible stay!

I LOVED staying at Suzannes rental in Lake Stevens! I was doing a travel contract in Everett and the commute was so easy and quick. You feel like youre tucked away in little oasis which was so much better than living in the city. The views are incredible from their backyard. I am a solo travel nurse and wanted somewhere cozy, clean, and safe. The neighborhood felt more than safe with super friendly neighbors. Suzanne and her family were SO welcoming, always available to give recommendations of the area, and I loved living with them. They are so kind with the biggest hearts. As a traveler its so important to find not just a good place but also somewhere with good people. The apartment downstairs is completely private with your own private entrance. The apartment felt so spacious, the views of the sunsets were so beautiful, and I had everything I needed as someone who travels with not much. If Im ever back in the area for a travel contract I would stay here again in a heart beat!!

Clean, cute, cozy

The place is very nice. Private entrance , Clean, organized. Owners are really nice as well. Very informative about places to visit and eat. And they have the sweetest dog. Only issues we had was some noise from upstairs. But only during the day. Nothing past 9-930 pm. Some was just normal noise I guess. At other times it was like a river dancing competition. It was stressful simply bc we are not used to it. Also the hot tub right outside the bedroom window/kitchen window we had to be careful about having the curtains open only bc..... Well sometimes I'm not always dressed. Other then that everything was available as far as essentials. There's no oven but there is a toaster oven, electric burner, and microwave which covered our needs as far as cooking. The neighborhood is very nice as well. Plenty walking areas. Amazing view looking out the back of the apt.

Amazing Place - Amazing Family!

I booked this stay for 6 months because I was a travel X-ray tech working in the area. Me and my dog had an amazing time. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay plus the owners were more than willing to grab anything for the apartment that it might need - although I never really needed much because it was already stocked so well with what I needed. The family were the nicest people you will ever meet. They made my 6 month stay an incredible experience and I guarantee if I'm ever in the area in the future I will be looking to see if there is availability for this apartment. The posting says pets live on the property - their two dogs are the so much fun! My dog and theirs were always playing together in their fenced yard! There is a private entrance to the apartment so you never feel like you are getting in anyone's way. So if you are looking into staying at this apartment have no hesitation it was great! Also, the view from their backyard doesn't hurt!
