Excellent value

I stayed in a room here for a month. This is an excellent value for a San Diego resident looking for a short-term place between more permanent living arrangements, as I was. During my stay, Ricardo was always accessible and promptly contacted me whenever there was important information. The property was very easy to locate, parking in the neighboring area is consistently available, and the other tenants and guests were friendly and explained how everything worked. When I arrived, they had already cleared room for me in the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. The home includes everything necessary for a stay of any duration, along with an additional half bath on the main level. The standard-sized bedroom is quite roomy, with ample space for clothing and luggage. Having a desk and lamp was an added benefit. The washer, dryer, and all other appliances were in excellent condition. Finally, the living room is incredibly spacious. I would absolutely stay here again!
