A+++
I highly recommend this rental to anyone! I am still raving about my stay weeks later. Ms. Brown is a gracious host that makes you feel safe and welcomed. Her entire home is meticulously kept and updated. Having a whole floor to yourself is huge bonus! Quiet neighborhood & a short drive to many hospitals. Truly the best housing situation I could've asked for.
Great place to stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this location. The house was clean and quiet in a quaint neighborhood. Centrally located near malls and grocery stores everything I needed was close by. I would gladly stay there again and recommend it for anyone interested.
Fantastic house with wonderful landload
The previous review does not justify how wonderful this landload is and the house is. She is very caring, classy and honest. The house is super clean and modern. It is located in very convenient location in the center of charming small town. The best part of the house is actually the landlord. I was welcomed and treated as if I was a family member and had a wonderful few months stay. I highly recommend this place to any traveling healthcare professionals who need temporary housing with the caring landlord.
Wonderful Stay in Merchantville
I was very pleased to find this room so close to Cooper University. The location was perfect , just a 10 minutes ride from the Hospital. The landlord is the most thoughtful and gracious host. She went way beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. She knows the area very well , and had some great recommendations for places to visit and Restaurants to try . She keeps her house clean and quiet. My room had a comfortable bed, the bathroom was neat. The kitchen has all the gadgets you might need. What was supposed to be a 13 weeks contract@ Cooper, ended being a 9+ Months stay from Mid October to the end Of June. Will definitely recommend this Gem.
kept my security deposit
I had a month to month lease agreement. I explained at the end of the second month that I had 2 deaths in the family come up and wasnt going to be around for most of that month now so I wasnt going to renew for the next month. She kept my entire security deposit and said I should have given her more notice. I explained to her that the travel nurse community often has things come up and we dont expect our security deposits taken. Just want other travelers to be aware.
