I rented from Nina in the Spring of 2026. Life took over & I forgot to leave my review. The home was very welcoming, clean, and had lots of amenities. Even though I had to do some back & forth to the city (Boston), this place definitely felt like home. Nina was very communicative and responsive as well. She would even check in if there was a power or cable outage. I would definitely rent from her again!

Fantastic Stay

I cannot recommend enough how fantastic this cottage is. I stayed for few months while traveling for work and the cottage had everything to make my stay wonderful. The cottage is decorated with every comfort in mind, the location is perfect and easy to get to, and Nina is a wonderful and caring host. Whether you are coming for a long or short stay this cottage is sure to exceed your expectations!

Best Experience!

I took a nursing travel control down on the cape this winter and was on the hunt for housing close to the hospital. N was very responsive and helpful during the entire lease. She was very attentive to the weather conditions and made sure we had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay. I would definitely rent from her again in the future!

AMAZING STAY!

As a traveling RN, this cottage had absolutely everything I needed and it was only 10 minutes away from CCH! The cottage was very clean & modern. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding if needed. N was a wonderful land lady! Always readily available and prepared us for snow storms and power outages. The kitchen had clean and useful appliances & a very good washer and dryer. I would definitely rent this place again in the future!
