Fantastic Casita!

Lisa was a fantastic host! Property is as advertised, with comfortable bed, plenty of street parking, and a cozy backyard. I cant think of any complaints for my 3 months spend in the casita. Lisa was responsive, and helpful with any issues that arose. I wouldnt hesitate to stay with her again :)

Just What I Was Looking For

The Cozy Casita was just what I was looking for during my three month stay in San Diego. The space itself is small but the perfect size for one person. The casita opens directly onto a serene, private courtyard which is the perfect place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or unwind after a busy work day. The wifi can be a little spotty but was not a major hindrance. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed for cooking throughout my stay. Lisa is wonderful. She was communicative, very helpful in providing local recommendations and in coordinating laundry. The casita is located in the Burlingame neighborhood, which is a 10-15 min walk to South Park, a 30ish minute walk to North Park. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Perfect stay!

I cant say enough great things about this casita and about L! Being from out of state and far from family it was really important for me to find a place that felt safe and homey. The neighborhood is the perfect location, walking distance to so many shops and restaurants, the neighborhood was very peaceful and I felt safe as a single female walking around alone. The casita was so cozy and had everything I needed! The large patio was the perfect spot to work during the day and Chica the cat liked to keep me company :) L made sure I had everything I needed, she was so accommodating, friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience great! 10/10 recommend.

Perfect spot for a traveler!

The casita was absolutely lovely! It was the perfect spot for my three month stay. The patio space is what sold me and it did not disappoint- loved my morning coffee or evening glass of wine in this private oasis. Everything you need for your stay was provided (minus laundry- but several options are very close by). The neighborhood was quiet and safe- which was a must working night shift. Parking was never an issue. The area is very walkable to both North and South Park restaurants and shops. L was a wonderful host- welcoming, attentive to detail and responsive to questions. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to stay in San Diego!
