Travel contract

Place was in the perfect location, very close to St. Peter's hospital. Apartment had everything that you could need during a contract. Apartment was in a quiet location. Landlords were amazing!!! Couldn't recommend a place more!

Loved it here

I ended up staying for 6 months and the owners were so amazing! Very accommodating, allowed some customization, and were very flexible with my needs. The apartment was clean and put together very well! It became a home away from home and I'll definitely try to come back if I have another contract in the area!

Amazing property

I stayed here for my 6 month contract. Perfect spot with a short commute for working at St. Petes. The area very well kept and such a safe neighborhood! The landlords Renee and Jeff were the sweetest and very attentive :) Making my first travel contract go smoothly. Would totally return to stay here if I find myself back in Olympia for another contract :)

Great

I had a great stay here! It was only a few minutes from Providence St Peter Hospital. Also, very easy to get to downtown Olympia. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Coined laundry was right outside of the unit. The unit had everything I needed and I was cozy throughout the winter! J & R were super friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Stay

We absolutely loved our time here during a 5 month contract! Safe area, walkable neighborhood, friendly and responsive hosts, access to laundry and a cozy 1 bedroom with everything you need for a longer stay. Couldn't recommend more!

Wonderful Apartment!

This was such a great place to stay during my time in Washington. Great location, I felt very safe while also being close to town. The apartment was clean and had anything and everything you would need. Excellent and extremely thoughtful hosts, they even left me a birthday card! Cant say enough good things about J and R properties!

Perfect little unit

We had such a great experience over the four months we were staying here in Lacey. The property was immaculate and well equipped. Communication with J and R was open and easy - we felt very taken care of! If I find myself in the area again this will be the first place I look into making a booking with!

I absolutely loved staying here. The units are the perfect size for temporary travellers and offer so many different ammenities. J and R are amazing property managers. They communicate extremely well and are always there for anything you may need. Im still friends with them to this day! The neighborhood is quiet/safe and is close to a lot of different shopping centers which is a plus.

Clean, comfy, quiet

Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable property. Located close enough to interstate that it was easy access without the associated noise. Coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance for those off days that you feel like stretching your legs. Owners are friendly and professional. Facilities were in top notch shape and any issues were quickly remedied. Other tenants were all quiet and respectful. I didn't have any noise issues or complaints which is was a nice thing. Owners do a good job screening any potential problem tenants. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area looking for a furnished place to stay while they are working in the area.

Great place!

J and R have created the perfect place for travellers! I loved my stay here and would highly recommend. The place is very well maintained and has everything you would need included in the furnishings. Landlords are incredibly responsive for any and all questions and concerns and really made me feel welcome! St. Peters hospital was a 7 min drive away and the neighbourhood is easy access to other parts of the area while still being quiet and safe. There is a designated parking lot on the property as well as laundry which had lots of washers/dryers available so I very rarely waited to use them. J and R were lovely people and I was so fortunate to stay at their property!

Great location and even better hosts!

My wife and I felt very comfortable staying here for the few months I worked in the area. We would definitely come back to the same place if I work in the area again. Everything is as described from the listing and the managers are very easy to work with as well, on top of everything! Great experience.

Comfortable place to stay

This was a very comfortable place to stay at for one person. The area was quiet, and it was nice to have a designated parking space. The landlords were great to work with if there were any issues. The laundry facility was located on the property which was a big plus. The kitchen had many of the required tools for cooking.

Excellent 6 Month Stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 months while he did a travel Physical Therapy placement. We don't have enough good things to say about this property! J and R were fantastic hosts. The property had everything we needed, and J and R were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this stay!
