Private Room in quiet, safe Syracuse suburban house

Fantastic place

I stayed here for over 8 months and really loved my time here. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and has plenty of space for everyone, even when there are other tenants and visitors staying. The location is great as well, in a quiet neighborhood but very close to Wegmans, Aldi, etc. Mike is a super kind and accommodating host. You get plenty of privacy in the tenant area downstairs, but if you're looking for something to do, he often extends an invite if he's heading somewhere interesting. If I'm ever in need of housing in Syracuse again, Mike will be the first person I call!

Mike is great

Great place to stay. Mike is very friendly and even took me out mountain biking on one of my days off. The home is on a very quiet street tucked away in the back, but it is also very close to everything, litterally everything you name it. No problems with the stay at all. If I end up in Syracuse and Mike has a room I would definitely stay with him again.
