Awesome stay in a wonderful location

Dave's place is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with great views! He is more than accommodating and his home provides both a peaceful and comfortable place to wind down after long workdays!

This is an Oasis plus+plus!

I cant say enough good things about my stay at Daves. The photos dont capture the true magic of the place. Fresh air, glowing morning sunrises, and an unbeatable closeness to outdoor adventure make it truly special. The lake is just steps away, and Dave generously provides kayaks, making it easy to get out on the water. A short three minute walk up the road leads to a trail perfect for hiking or biking. With New Hampshires mountains nearby and Vermont just across the way, the location couldnt be better. Dave is also a wonderful host. He warmly introduced me to his neighbors, shared his deep knowledge of the area, and offered great local guidance throughout my stay. A fun bonus is that hes an exceptional classical musician. I highly recommend staying here.

If you're hesitant.. here's your sign to book! It's a beautiful home with beautiful views, a safe & friendly neighborhood with a hot tub at your disposal, & access to the water!! What more could you ask for!? I'm so jealous that I won't be here for the summer. It truly felt like a home away from home. D was so inviting & accommodating when needed! He really made me feel welcomed & gave me allll the recs for best food & things to do around town! Maybe you're like me who was hesitant at first when I learned it would be a shared living space.. but don't let that deter you away! Never once did I feel like I lacked my own privacy or feel uneasy or unwelcomed! My stay was for 3 months & this is coming from a solo female traveler :) overall great experience and definitely will have to come back!

Beautiful Lakehouse with Great Views

We had a terrific time at this house on the lake. Gorgeous eat-in kitchen with fantastic views of the sun rising over the lake. Very nice hot tub on the deck. Spacious bedroom and living room as well. D, the Host, wasn't around much, but was extremely nice when we did see him.

Amazing stay!

I cant speak highly enough of this property! The views/location in combination with D (the host who also lives there) has made for an amazing summer for me! You are only 10 minutes from downtown Manchester but sitting on the back porch overlooking the lake from the hot tub, you feel like youre much more remote. Truly the best of both worlds. The house has multiple modern amenities and Ds attention to detail makes for a top notch stay. While I was somewhat hesitant about a shared space, D is around for anything you might need, but also gives you all the privacy you desire. Im so glad I did this! While dogs are case dependent, I can say I was allowed to bring my dog and D absolutely treated him as his own. If I ended up staying late at the hospital etc., it was game-changing to know I didnt have to worry as D took wonderful care of him. Even took him for boat rides You wont regret this place!
