Good place to be

BLUF, good home, good people. Would recommend. A full review, we were in the larger unit on the north side of the duplex. The parking space in the driveway is ample, even with both units rented there is room to park and turn around safely. The entry from the porch is well maintained and clean. The home is an open concept with adjoining living room, kitchen, and dining room. Recently remodeled and equipped with new stainless appliances, all in working order. Tastefully decorated and well furnished without being overwhelming. The laundry room has two modern full size appliances of large capacity and fill working order. Both bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses, comfy linens, and large comfy blankets. The bathrooms have one full size bathtub that's great for a bath and the other is a very large shower with two shower heads, it was very luxury. There is an outdoor sitting area. but due to weather it was unused. Tina and her husband M were responsive and treated us kindly.

First off Ms T was fantastic to work with. She is the nicest,sweetest,and kindest woman Ive ever met,I just love her to pieces. I was a guest in her 2/2 home. It was freshly remodeled when I moved in and it is just lovely. Its out far enough where there is peace and quiet, yet its close enough to different restaurants and downtown Albany. If you ever get a chance, please check out her lovely home.
