Great stay, amazing landlords!
Amazing stay here with my boyfriend and our pup! Plenty of space for living and storage and equipped for every need. L & F are awesome and have been so helpful with anything that we needed. Great location, close to downtown, plenty of space to walk our pup and engage in local activities. Definitely recommend!

Great experience!
L and F were amazing! They were so welcoming. They made sure to let us know that if we ever needed them, to just reach out to them. It was furnished, so everything we needed was already there during our stay. Its a great location - walking distance to downtown Exeter. The duplex is well taken care of! The neighbors in the area are very friendly as well! I would highly recommend!!

We love L and F!! They are the kindest people ever. They live in the other part of the duplex, which makes it very easy to have anything fixed or taken care of. They are a lovely couple and even babysat our child once! They are kind and respectful. We had a great experience living in this duplex for a year. Exeter is super cute and this rental is a 2 second walk to down town :) We had a great experience!

Convenient, well-kept, terrific landlords
This cute little half-duplex was perfect for our two-person and a big dog family during a transition to a new home. The owners are terrific--welcoming, responsive, and they take great pride in their property. It was also great fun to be walking distance from the restaurants and shops in Exeter.
