Fantastic casita stay!

I stayed at this fantastic casita & returned for a second stay because I loved it so much . Super comfy house with plenty of room to relax, awesome kitchen all the amenities you need. Both the heat and AC work great and the fireplace is a lovely touch. The furniture is all comfortable and everything is in great working order. I didnt have a single problem or complaint during both my stays and I would definitely return if I go back to Tucson. Beautiful well maintained yards front and back, back is fenced in and private with unique and art driven decor. I loved the back seating area and the front porch . The neighborhood is wonderful and quiet . Very safe to walk around and explore even at night. Downtown and 4th Ave are short walking distance and theres plenty of things to do and awesome restaurants nearby. The landlord is so accommodating and sweet has great recommendations for Tucson and surrounding area. This place gets 5/5 stars

Perfect cozy and stylish house, with everything you need

I stayed here for a travel nurse assignment in Tucson for several months. The house and yard are very well cared for and have a personal touch with lots of extra things that make it special. Super comfy couch, 2 living areas, great cookware and extra blankets, pillows, etc. Lots of good condiments, 5 gallon water jug dispenser, plants everywhere outside, art, books, record player inside.. Location is close to downtown and entertainment, but on a quiet street. Z, the host, has been so sweet and accommodating and has given me tips on where to go and things to do. She was gone above and beyond and treated me like family. Highly recommend for short or long stays!
