Would 100% Stay Here Again!

Such a great find if you're looking for a long-term stay in the Baltimore area! Caelan was a great host and was very welcoming and helpful with anything I needed. Ample street parking was always available, and the location was safe and nearby to anything you may need (especially Target!) I highly recommend staying here if you're in need of a place in the area

What a great find! Super cute, cozy, and updated. Awesome shower, security system is great. It's a safe walk to so many places. C is the best host, I cannot recommend it enough!!!

Perfect Stay!

This unit was the best stay Ive had in Baltimore! It was the perfect size, perfectly furnished, and close to hospitals in the city. C is so accommodating and great at communication. Parking is not too hard to find and the security system was seamless. I wish I couldve stayed longer but if Im ever in the area again I would definitely stay here!

Cozy and safe apartment in the heart of Baltimore

I am so happy I found this cozy apartment in Baltimore! I stayed here for 9 months on a travel contract and couldnt recommend this place more. The entire apartment is updated with modern appliances and the landlord is very accommodating if anything additional is warranted. I felt safe and was given access to the security system/ cameras which was even more of a benefit. Although there is no door at the top of the basement steps, the landlord is so sweet and respectful of your space. There is a separate entrance in the back and adequate street parking close to the entrance. There are many restaurants and supermarkets less than 5 minutes away. Would definitely recommend!!

Cozy is accurate!

I stayed in this studio apt for 3 months when starting a new job. The location is great and the apartment is very cozy and with all the necessities you need. The host is very accommodating and welcoming. I would recommend staying here to anyone, a rare find in the area!

Best spot in town!

I am so happy I found this place. I loved staying here! I felt completely safe. It was very comfortable. Everything is freshly remodeled and new. Very convenient location. C is the best landlady. She communicated promptly, and happily and quickly provided everything I asked for (including a space heater, floor lamp, and mirror). The bathroom is small, but the shower is the Best! I really like the video security system. The stairwell to the upstairs main part of the house is open, but the basement has a private entrance and the living space is respected as private. I worked nightshift and never had a problem here. I was thankful to renew several times. There is street parking always available, and the streets are much wider here than in other areas. I would definitely stay here again!
