Cute 20 yo ranch house in quiet, pretty neighborhood with a covered porch, back deck, garden, firepit. I am an RN and work FT in home care. 3 friendly cats go outside, so no litter box. Very well equipped kitchen. I have a garage with a full gym in it and space for storage.
Space
I will give a $300 discount for part-timers who go home for a few days most weeks. The bathroom is also the guest bathroom because it is in the hall and the only other bathroom is the master. But the bath is private, and guests rarely use the washroom. I don't use it.
The towels and bathrobe are lovely and plush. There is a coffee and tea making station with a kettle and a pour over and a little teapot.

From the first conversation she was pleasant & welcoming.The room was inviting & set up with everything I would need. Towels,extra linen, laundry basket, robe , fan,heater etc. I enjoyed my stay because of Amanda I would recommend her & the area.Thank you for allowing me in your space

Home Away From Home
Getting to stay at Amanda's clean, quiet house was the perfect arrangement for me. She is very considerate and the space is so cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect transition spot for me as I got acclimated with Asheville after getting a new job! Thank you, Amanda!

Great stay!
A is a spectacular host. She is so welcoming and helpful. The room is very cozy and the bed is very comfortable. I worked day shift while here but it would be perfect for night shift as well. Very nice and safe neighborhood and great commute to mission hospital.

Quiet and Clean!
The room is spacious and comfortable and has a large desk. You also have your own pantry and room in the fridge and freezer . Above all the whole house is very clean and quiet! She has the room soundproofed, so I never heard anything - I worked nights and had no problem sleeping through the day. Calm, safe neighborhood! She is a great person to live with and gives you plenty of space and privacy!

Amazing!
A is absolutely amazing. She has accommodated me so well and the house is quiet, comfortable and just amazing all around. I worked night shift and had no issues with getting enough sleep. I will definitely miss staying with her!
