Beautiful Space, Incredible Host!

I had an incredible stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The space itself was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was the perfect blend of cozy and modern, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. What truly set this experience apart was the host. They were beyond gracious-attentive, friendly, and always ready to help while also respecting my privacy. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable, and it was clear they genuinely cared about their guests' comfort, truly. So very helpful. The location was also fantastic-peaceful, convenient, and the perfect retreat. Whether I was unwinding indoors or exploring the surrounding area, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Lots of convenient options right in the neighborhood as well as a cute little market. Would absolutely recommend staying at this property!

An amazing summer experience

As the other reviewers before me, I want to express my immense gratitude to host S and the family. This summer was a marvelous experience that I attribute 100% to the home host S has created. Everything about the home emits simplicity and intentionality. On top of that, it is in an extremely convenient location with shops only 2 blocks away. If I ever see myself in Santa Monica, I will definitely request another booking. Cheers!

The Best Stay!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at S's ADU! The space is filled with sunlight everyday and beautifully renovated. S goes above and beyond and was an exceptional host throughout our entire 3 months. She is so thoughtful and provides everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay. Although the space is advertised as a studio, the space feels much larger due to the tall ceilings, well-planned layout, and additional loft space. The neighbourhood is very safe, near many amenities, very conveniently located, and close to transit stops. The dedicated parking spot was much appreciated and provided a private outdoor space. All in all, we loved our time here and would highly recommend S's listing!

Perfect Space!

2+ month stay was great! The location is great with walkable assets to groceries and restaurants and only a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Good location for getting around without ever having to touch a highway. The host, S, is very helpful and responsive. The space feels much larger than pictures due to very high, lofted ceilings and abundant natural light. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is clutch! Having gated parking also is very useful to not have to deal with permitting, moving your car, or potential tickets. I would highly recommend this location and would rent here again without hesitation.

Truly amazing!

First and foremost I would like to express my gratitude to S for being such a gracious host. She made my stay enjoyable and trouble free. She greeted me warmly and provided a detailed explanation of the property. The space is quite large for a studio. It has a comfortable queen bed, extremely high ceilings and a bonus bed in the upstairs loft, which can accommodate a guest or be used as extra storage. It didn't feel like a studio at all. There is also a personal garage space with a remote access gate directly in front of your door. The area is so nice and safe. Only a mile away from Santa Monica beach! This is not only a prime location, but S provides everything you need to make you feel at home from day one. There are many windows which provide abundant natural sunlight. To say that I would recommend this place is really and understatement. Three months went by so quickly!
