A Special Place In Seattle

I stayed in this Queen Anne condo long term while I was in school and working night shifts, and it truly became home during my time in Seattle. The location is quiet, safe, and close to everything. Watching the ferries cross Elliott Bay was the best nervous system reset after a stressful shift at the hospital. Nancy and Michael are fantastic. They are attentive, responsive, and always quick to address anything that came up. I felt supported and respected the entire time I lived there. I genuinely loved my time there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Seattle.

Great Unit with a Great Landlord

First of all, I this is one of the few units I've lived in where I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The property is in a nice, safe, quiet location that is relatively convenient for exploring Seattle. The apartment is in good condition, and Nancy was extremely easy to reach whenever there was some kind of problem. The internet speed was a great bonus for me because of the nature of my job, and I always felt comfortable inviting friends over and sleeping in the apartment. As long as you don't mind walking around four blocks of semi-steep uphill or downhill to get to the nearest bus stops, this location is very accommodating for living in Seattle without a car. I would definitely stay here again if I were to ever decide to live in Seattle again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place! Its in a great area and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and the room. Extremely cozy vibes, everything was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!!
