Excellent property

Spacious home with everything we needed for a 2 month stay. Samuel was communicative and timely if we needed any assistance. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and convenient area! I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

This was an amazing place to stay while I was in Tampa for clinicals. The neighborhood itself is great and the condition of the house was immaculate. I would recommend this place to anyone! Sam is also great and very quick to reply if you have any issues!

Awesome house & great host!

I stayed here for two months with two others and it was perfect! The house has everything you need and is in a very family friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. The landlord is super easy to get in touch with and was great to work with. Its located in a great area and minutes away from everything you need! All the furniture is in great condition and the house was cozy and easy to make feel like home. Highly recommend!!

Great Condo

Sam was so easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The condo has everything you need and lots of space. Check in was easy and the unit was clean. It's in a gated community, in a quiet neighborhood, and it was close to everything we needed. I would definitely rent this unit again from Sam. I asked him for some additional items and he ordered them immediately. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. You will love this condo!

Phenomenal townhome in a very safe spot. Excellent layout, spacious rooms, big kitchen, and even a back patio. Close enough to downtown Tampa, St. Pete, and anywhere else you'd like to go if you're in the area. Host was fantastic, very helpful and timely with responses and fixed all issues immediately. Super grateful for this place and would recommend to everyone!

Great location!

My only problem was I wish I could have stayed longer!! The gated community is quiet and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The location to shopping amenities was perfect and easy access to the highway was essential. Communication was a great and you could easily feel the owners had put a lot of thought to renters' comfort and needs. I'm definitely coming back to this townhome if I get a chance!

A comfortable and spacious townhouse

This home is clean and well maintained. The furniture is comfortable, and the mattresses are terrific. The kitchen has all the supplies you might need for cooking. Linens and towels are supplied and are of good quality. The homeowners/landlords are friendly and helpful. The one issue we had was addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. The neighbors are friendly, helpful and outgoing and the community is comfortable and safe. The area is great, anything you need, or want, is within a 5 or 10 minute drive. My husband and I felt fortunate to have found this home.

Comfortable and Safe

I really enjoyed my stay in this home in Tampa especially for such a great location and security, this is a gated community. You can reach everything within a few minutes. The home is nicely decorated and modern with a mixture of hardwood floors and beautiful tiles. The bedroom was comfortable, the appliances and the kitchen are new and fully stocked with everything youll need. S and his wife is very friendly, trustworthy, and welcoming, and responds to questions and concerns in a timely manner. It was nice to feel like I was coming home at the end of the day. I recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!

S and A are amazing to work with! They are very responsive and kind whenever we had a question regarding the property. The property itself is located in a super cute gated community and in a great location! I would love to stay here again in the future.

Being a regular Furnish Finder traveler this place as one of the nicest, well located, places I have stayed. The Townhouse is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The beds are comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms . All we needed was our clothes. S and his wife are great host and there when you needed them. Close proximity to hospital venue where we worked. Also close proximity to major supermarkets which was handy, dozens of restaurants and cafes and a Great mall. Communication was great and the owners were very flexible. I would highly recommend this property to other travel nurses.
