Quaint Home in South Eugene

Amazing Space!

I had the privilege of calling this amazing guesthouse "home" for a year. The location is unbeatable; I took my dog for walks across the way at Amazon Trail regularly. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The space itself is incredibly homey. I am happy to call Vince a friend. Our dogs became BFF's. It is only because I am moving onto a new chapter in life (moving in with my partner) that I am vacating. Vince's space has been an absolute sanctuary for me and I will definitely miss it.

Great guesthouse/ studio near PeaceHealth

This was such a great place to rent during my assignment at PeaceHealth. Its about 15 minutes from Riverbend & in a nice part of Eugene. The neighborhood is quiet making it ideal for working day or night shift. I enjoyed having a full kitchen to meal prep & the washer & dryer is in the garage making it convenient to do laundry. Id stay here again & would 100% recommend to anyone staying in the area.
